How Vigora is built. And how it's evolving.

Vigora is a factory intelligence platform built and refined in live production. This page describes what runs today, how we build it, and where the platform is going next.

In Production Today

What Vigora does, today, in real factories.

Vigora is currently deployed in two live pilot factories, processing real-time signals from industrial PLCs and delivering operator-facing decision support. Every capability described below is running in production today, not on a roadmap.

Continuous signal capture from Siemens S7 PLCs. Vigora connects directly to the factory floor via the snap7 protocol, polling signals at five-second intervals across roaster, dryer, and cooler stages. Captured signals are timestamped, tenant-isolated, and persisted for downstream evaluation.

Real-time KPI evaluation. Captured signals materialise into KPI values continuously. Each KPI is bound to operator-defined warning and critical thresholds. Status evaluation runs on a ten-second cycle, producing OK / WARNING / CRITICAL state for every monitored KPI.

Alert lifecycle from breach to operator. When a KPI crosses a threshold, Vigora's detection engine generates an alert event, tracks the breach lifecycle from start through hold, fire, and clear, and surfaces the alert to the operator view within thirty seconds of breach.

LLM-driven decision recommendations. Alerts that warrant operator action trigger a recommendation request to a locally-hosted language model (Phi-3 via Ollama). The model returns a context-aware recommendation in under ten seconds, displayed alongside the alert. Rule-based fallback ensures recommendations are always available even when the LLM is unreachable.

Six-stage intelligence loop. Connect, observe, detect, recommend, act, learn. The loop architecture is documented in detail on the Product page . What ships today implements the first four stages end-to-end. Act and learn are partially implemented and being extended through current sprint work.

Single-tenant per-deployment architecture. Each Vigora deployment runs as an isolated tenant with its own database, configuration, and signal map. No cloud aggregation, no third-party analytics, no cross-customer data flow. The data captured at a factory stays at that factory.

How We Build

Built inside a real factory. Not in a lab.

Vigora is built and refined inside the factories where it runs. Every feature is validated against real production behaviour before it's considered done. This is a deliberate choice about what kind of software industrial intelligence should be.

Operator-led development. Product decisions are made by people who have run factory floors, not adjacent to them. Twenty-one years of operations experience shapes what gets built, what gets postponed, and what gets refused. The platform exists because the operator wished it existed; it isn't designed by what's easy to build.

Single primary deployment as proving ground. Every new capability is deployed first into our own factories. Bugs surface against real PLCs, real recipes, real shift changes, and real operator workflows. Only what survives that environment gets considered shippable. Pilot partners receive software that has already been operationally validated, not software that needs them to discover its failure modes.

Sprint discipline with public receipts. We work in two-week sprints with clear scope. What gets shipped in each sprint is reflected in this page. We don't claim capabilities we haven't built; we don't ship capabilities we haven't validated; we update what's said here as what's true changes.

How Vigora Is Evolving

What we're building next, and with whom.

Vigora is actively deployed in live factory environments and continues to evolve based on real operational feedback. The current platform focuses on real-time signal capture, threshold-based detection, and decision support across industrial processes. The next layer of capabilities is being developed and validated in collaboration with early pilot partners.

Ongoing development includes:

  • Advanced anomaly and drift detection beyond threshold-based signals
  • Expanded connectivity across industrial protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus, and others)
  • Faster, zero-touch deployment and provisioning workflows
  • Enhanced system observability and operational diagnostics
  • Scalable multi-site architecture for cross-factory intelligence

Each of these capabilities is being shaped in conversation with the factories that will depend on them. Pilot partners aren't just early customers — they're the operating context against which the next layer is built.

We are already solving real problems in real factories — and we are building the next layer with the right partners.

Discuss In Detail

The deeper conversation happens privately.

This page describes what's true about Vigora at the level a public reader needs. Detailed architecture diagrams, sprint plans, deployment runbooks, and internal engineering reviews are shared with serious pilot partners and prospective investors under NDA.

If you're evaluating Vigora at the depth where those documents matter, the right move is a direct conversation.
