Use of the system.

Vigora is provided for:

• — Monitoring industrial processes
• — Detecting operational deviations
• — Supporting operator decision-making

The system is advisory in nature unless explicitly configured otherwise.

Operator responsibility.

Final operational decisions remain with the operator or plant management. Recommendations generated by Vigora are advisory and must be evaluated within the context of the facility's specific conditions, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.

Deployment model.

• — Vigora is deployed on a per-site basis
• — Features and capabilities may vary depending on deployment stage (pilot vs mature system)

System evolution.

Vigora evolves continuously. Some features are experimental or under active validation. We do not represent unvalidated capabilities as production-ready. Roadmap items shared publicly or in pilot conversations are indicative, not commitments to specific timelines or feature scope.

Limitations.

We explicitly do not guarantee:

• — Elimination of all operational failures
• — Continuous uptime without interruption
• — Suitability for all industrial environments without customization
• — Compatibility with all PLC vendors and industrial protocols beyond those documented at the time of deployment

Intellectual property.

• — The Vigora platform, models, and system architecture remain proprietary
• — Customer retains ownership of their operational data
• — Configurations, signal mappings, and operational learnings developed during deployment are addressed in individual deployment contracts

Termination.

Use of the system may be terminated:

• — By mutual agreement
• — In case of breach of agreed deployment terms

Governing law.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in deployment contracts.
